Meet Deanna
From my earliest memories, I’ve seen the world through the lens of design. As a child, I would race home from school to rearrange furniture, shift artwork, and reinvent my surroundings. Those early immersive experiments in shaping space sparked a lifelong intrigue of how environments influence how we feel.

After earning a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, I spent years supporting children and families in need. That work deepened my understanding of how spaces can comfort, inspire, and restore. Along the way, I nurtured my entrepreneurial drive launching small creative businesses, testing ideas, confirming I was meant to design.
During the pandemic, I founded Royce Interiors to pursue that calling. The studio grew from a passion for curating spaces and elevating how people experience their homes. My work blends heritage with modernity, sculpted with classical detail and the soulful presence of natural stone… our signature harmony of Marble, Millwork & Mood.
My goal is always soulful homes where beauty, comfort, and meaning come together.
This year, I partnered with a dear friend of 25 years, owner of Charleston Design Center, to form Tidebank Properties, an investment and design firm that acquires, renovates, and sells luxury homes. We seek out properties in need of love, move quickly with all-cash closings, and transform each one through elevated design before reintroducing it to the market at its full potential.

The emotional and perceptual alignment a space creates when materials, lighting, proportions, and textures interact evoking a meaningful connection you can feel the moment you step in.
Coherence
Where every element relates naturally to the whole. Light, scale, rhythm, and detail move in sync creating subtle continuity.
Unseen Geometry
This speaks to the hidden mathematics of beauty with principles like the “golden ratio” that shape balance and flow. Designers, Artists, and Architects draw on these timeless patterns echoed in nature to create works that feel organically balanced and visually pleasing, not just to the eye, but to something deeper we sense instinctively.
Designing Intuitively
This is the art of aligning energy and design so that every material, proportion, and detail moves in harmony. Spaces that feel fresh, timeless, and deeply restorative.
